Summer Shrimp Sizzlers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 cup Gazebo Room Salad Dressing & Marinade
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • skewers

Directions: Put shrimp and Gazebo Room Salad Dressing & Marinade in zip lock bag, close bag, and toss bag so dressing mixes with shrimp. Refrigerate overnight.

Wrap bacon pieces around shrimp securing with a toothpick. Alternate shrimp & pineapple chunks on skewers.

Cook on grill, turning skewers often for 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Do not overcook.

Best served an as appetizer for your backyard cookout!
