STANDARD RULES FOR DAILY CALL IN TO WIN CONTESTS

Cumulus Media, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
The Company may conduct the Contest concurrently and simultaneously on several participating radio stations owned and not owned by the Company, and in various States, and the Company may add or remove participating stations or change call letters of any participating station at any time during the Contest as announced on the affected station. Participating stations are listed above.
1. Description of Contest/Participation.
- Dates of Contest: All contests will have specific start dates, and specific end dates. Contest dates will be announced on air or on the web site as appropriate.
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.
- How to Play: Listen to the station weekday mornings for the cue to call in and be the designated numbered caller to the Station’s contest line. The correct caller will either automatically win the announced prize or perform a task (such as answering a trivia question correctly) as determined by the on-air personality.
2. Prize(s). The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are: Prizes for Call
In to Win Contests vary and will be announced prior to the cue-to-call in. Prize value varies but normally ranged between $10 and $100. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. All prizes must be redeemed within 30 days of the contest end date. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion. The Company is not acting as the manufacturer or distributor of any prize awarded. The Company makes no warranties with respect to any prize. With respect to any claims for cancelled, postponed, or rained out concert, sporting event or show ticket prizes, winner should look to the provider or others in the chain of production and distribution but excluding the Station and the Company.
3. Eligibility and Limitations. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents at least 18-years old as determined by the Company and reside in the Station’s Total Survey Area (TSA), unless otherwise specifically announced. A parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize, but the Company reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of any minor. Only one (1) entry per person. Only one (1) prize per household for the Contest. Only one (1) prize per household from any of the Company’s stations within any thirty (30) day period. Employees of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
4. Telephone and Delivery Disclaimer. If a contest is a call in to win contest and/or a telephone is needed to participate in the Contest, participants are restricted to the use of ordinary telephone equipment. Participants that enable the “Caller ID” block function will not be allowed to participate unless they enter their correct area code and telephone number if prompted, or disable the features inhibiting their participation in the Contest. Participants using equipment not set up for toll free phone exchanges (800, 888, 877, 866, etc.) may experience call connection problems. The Company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company’s control, or otherwise. For all contests the Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest. Entry forms in a register-to-win contest must be handwritten. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions of entry forms is permitted.
5. Publicity; Use of Personal Information. By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to participation third parties for purposes of prize fullfillment.
6. Release. By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Contest’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company.
7. Taxes. Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Company will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
8. Conduct and Decisions. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Miscellaneous. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company’s release form to claim the prize. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time as announced on the Station(s). The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. For a copy of the rules, or where required by law, a list of winners, visit the business office of the Station during normal business hours or mail a written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope to the Station’s address, listed above. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned. To be removed from our direct mail, email or fax lists, visit the main office of the Station during regular business hours, or send a self addressed stamped envelope with contest name to Cumulus Media Harrisburg Contests, 2300 Vartan Way, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
10. Compliance with Law. The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the Unites States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. Station(s) shall follow the applicable laws for conducting contests, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing lists of winners, running specific on-air disclaimers, providing specific written information about the Contest, etc. as required by local and state law.

If you are a winner of the contest, you will be contacted via telephone or e-mail. You must pick up your prize within 30 days of notification or you forfeit your prize. Prizes must be picked up at Cumulus Media Harrisburg Offices at 2300 Vartan Way, Harrisburg unless otherwise specified.

Lipton® Iced Tea WNNK Las Vegas Trip Sweepstakes at KARNS Official Rules

1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Handprint your name, age, street address and daytime phone number on an official entry form or a plain piece of 3 x 5 inch paper. Mail your completed entry to Lipton Iced Tea WNNK Las Vegas Trip Sweepstakes at KARNS, PO Box 59298 Pittsburgh, PA 15210. Limit one entry per day and each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected or postage-due entries. All entries must be postmarked no later than July 7, 2008 and received no later than July 11, 2008 to be eligible for the drawing. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
2. PRIZE: GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of one (1) trip for two persons to Las Vegas. Grand Prize includes the following: round coach trip air transportation for two persons (winner and one travel guest) from an airport near winner's residence within the continental U.S. to an airport in the Las Vegas area (itinerary, carrier and airports to be determined by Sponsor); two (2) nights standard double occupancy hotel room and $200 spending money. Estimated retail value up to $2,000, depending upon winner's point of travel origin. Winner and travel guest must travel on dates specified by Lipton: September 26th - 28th 2008; alternate travel dates are not available. No travel extensions permitted. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner and travel guest must possess all necessary documentation required for air travel (e.g., valid photo identification). Unused travel will be forfeited. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein (including but not limited to taxes, personal charges, meals, tips, gratuities, room service charges, any additional costs charged to the room, and other incidental expenses) are solely the responsibility of prize winner. Winner and guest MUST be 21 years of age or older, minors are not able to attend even if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 3. DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible mail-in entries received from all participating locations. Drawing will be held on or about July 14, 2008, and will be conducted by an outside fulfillment center whose decision shall be final and binding. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal US residents of PA who are 21 years of age or older as of 6/9/08. Employees of of WNNK, KARNS, PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company, The Pepsi Bottling Group and its "Promotional Participants" (i.e. any of their respective affiliates, bottlers subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers involved in this promotion) and the immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half brother, half sister) and any person living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted.
5. GENERAL TERMS: No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event the published prize is unavailable. Any portion of the prize not accepted by the winner shall be forfeited. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are solely the responsibility of the prize recipient; if applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations may participate in this offer or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules or entry forms to their members. By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION/RELEASES: Potential winner will be notified by mail and/or phone within five (5) business days of drawing. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within ten (10) days of notification. In the event the Affidavit and Liability/Publicity Release(where permitted by law) is not returned within ten (10) days, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries as time permits. Prize may also be forfeited and an alternate winner selected if (i) the mail is returned as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address or, (ii) a telephone notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours, or (iii) if winner is unable to travel on dates specified. Travel guest of winner will also be required to sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release before the prize will be awarded. Upon forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Winner by acceptance of prize, agrees to release WNNK, participating KARNS, PepsiCo, Inc., The Pepsi Bottling Group, Pepsi-Cola Company, its bottlers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, represent claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize- or promotion-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or in the announcement or offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes if it is tampered with or corrupted in any manner and, in the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded via a random drawing to be conducted from all eligible entries received as of the date of cancellation.. Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition or fitness for any particular purpose. Winner must consent to the use of their name, voice, picture, or other likeness or statements without compensation for purposes of advertising, trade, and promotion in all media as determined by The Pepsi Bottling Group, except where prohibited by law.
